Always love staying at a Hilton This hotel in Ajax was very nice clean and first impression very appealing My issue that changed my scoring is that Hilton website advertised Breakfast included for every registered guest, mornings just got better , then when inquiring upon check in desk staff said they are Hilton but each operate differently and this location did not offer this It could be purchased as an option when booking directly with hotel but I booked with Expedia later that evening I went to show them the web site and asked to speak with a manager which ended up being the same employee from the morning check in Would not budge and stood by her decision I was in management for 43 years and made things right or offered something to make it a better experience so guest left happy and appreciated and would know we appreciated their loyalty She did mention i could have booked with the adjacent hotel as they offer breakfast ??? Not impressed Would appreciate a call back
