We like the staff who are all pleasant and helpful. We did not like being on the 2nd floor with a group of extremely noisy kids. For the second time the fridge in the room was not working. The cushions on the lounges at the pool were dirty, and the outside area is still full of cigarette butts. We did not see any recycling bins. What are you doing to save the planet?
