As we entered the property we were pick pocketed in the entrance and all credit cards and cash were taken. Apart from providing a number for the police no other assistance waa forthcoming! This exercise meant all cards had to be cancelled and a lengthy trip to the police station. Overall a terrible situation as you enter the hotel. I suggest not staying at this hotel.

Easy access via the Flytoget train from the airport. 3 min walk to the hotel. It’s a basic compact room. Quilt is very small for the bed. There is an additional one in a drawer under the bed. Good quiet sleep and easy to get out on Karl Jovan’s street…great vibe and shopping. Very close to the cruise port if that’s needed. Ate breakfast at the Atlas across the street, but it’s very expensive.

Staff was fabulous. Location was excellent. The rooms were nice, but very minimalist, which was mostly okay. Except for no place to put anything in the bathroom or shower. Also very skimpy on towels (and pillows) - no bath mat, with a semi open shower and slippery floors seems like a bad idea. Also scratchy towels and you had to pay for extra.

Wanted to like it, but couldn't

I wanted to like this place - the lobby seemed cool and the room had an okay layout. But the bed was extremely uncomfortable and too short. I got very little sleep. It's also quite loud in the room overnight because of the trains nearby.

Room was ok, but for the price I would (as a minimum) have expected coffee/tea in the room, which is pretty much standard. Alternatively it would only be fair to highlight this at the to making the reservation.0

Clean but tiny rooms, with hardly any room amenities. However front staff Nurin and Jessica were extremely good and kind hosts. Wish hotel can make fresh hot breakfast available, at least on basic scale inside the hotel. Coffe was made available generously by the above hosts.
