Au top ! Excellent !

Pros: Tout

Location: Vue sur les Fjords
La Scandic Fornebu a vraiment tout pour plaire ! La déco est super sympa, cosy, chaleureuse. La réception 24H est d'une extrême gentillesse, la chambre propre, spacieuse et tout confort. Nous avions même une vue partielle sur les fjords... Seul petit bémol : la douche à l'italienne, pas très pratique (mais c'est une norme en Norvège). Si votre crainte est l'emplacement, franchement ce n'est pas un problème !! Il y a un bus 24h/7j7, qui vous prend et vous dépose à quelques pas de l'hôtel et vous emmène au centre en 20 min. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux ! A côté de la réception, il y a un emplacement pour acheter tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin (boissons, snacks, brosses à dents, gels douche...) Et machine à café gratuit !! Franchement, je m'en souviendrai du Scandic Fornebu !

Hotel mit Steigerungspotenzial

Die Damen von der Rezeption waren nicht sehr kompetent, sprachen schlecht englisch und konnten einem nicht weiterhelfen. Das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft (14:00 Uhr noch nicht fertig ( obwohl check in 14:00 war ).Wir mussten über 1 Stunde auf das Zimmer warten. Als wir abends von einer Bootstour zurückkamen, stellten wir fest, dass wir kein Toilettenpapier hatten. Also Rezeption angerufen und danach gebeten. Nach 40 Minuten noch keine Reaktion. Beim zweiten Anruf sollten wir auf den nächsten Morgen vertröstet werden. Erst mit Schimpfe wurde uns dann endlich Klopapier gebracht. Frühstück und Lage des Hotels war gut- wenn nicht die starken personellen Schwächen gewesen wären.

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum

Das Hotel befindet sich nahe vom Ufer. Badestrand ist nahe gelegen. Gegenüber ist auch ein kleiner Supermarkt. Das Auto lässt man am besten in der Tiefgarage stehen. Parkgebühren betragen 150 Kronen pro Tag. Die Bushaltestelle ist ca 150 m entfernt. Die Busse fahren rund um die Uhr ( zumindest tagsüber im 10 Minuten-Takt ). Die Fahrt ins Zentrum dauert ca 15 bis 20 min. Auf den Matratzen konnte ich gut schlafen. Das Frühstück ist total lecker. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich und hilfsbereit.
