Great location and the view from the 33rd floor terrace is impressive. As an able bodied person, getting in and out of the deep shower/bath was a challenge. I think its time for an upgrade. There would be better more modern/updated options around for a better price.

This is a very impressive hotel next to the train station and in the heart of Oslo, close to many of the important landmarks that tourists want to see. Breakfast was very good. The TV reception was a bit twitchy but you don’t go to Oslo to sit and watch TV! I would definitely stay there again.

Bed was way too soft, and at checkin we weren’t given any details about location of lifts etc and were told breakfast had already been paid for, which was incorrect. Aside from that nice stay , very central. Good for a long weekend. A lot of business people.

they say they have a swimming pool but they don't

Only on arrival was I told the swimming pool at this hotel is closed. Them having a pool was a key reason I chose this hotel. Even your photo of this hotel inviting me to submit a survey shows a photo of a large swimming pool, indicating the prominence and reliance placed on this feature in the hotel's advertising etc. It is outrageous that they say they have a pool but actually they don't and one is not made aware of that until arrival at the check in desk. It was after midnight when I arrived or I would certainly have cancelled for misrepresentation and stayed somewhere else.

The room was a good temperature but a bit dusty under the bed. The used cups were taken and not replaced and the tea/coffees were not replenished. Toilet rolls were not checked as was near enough empty on arrival.
