The Fuerteventura Sol 504 apartment is located in one of the most beautiful corners of the island of Fuerteventura, in Costa Calma, 30m from the beach. It forms part of a warm and exclusive closed residential complex, recently renovated, called "Residencial Los Hibiscos".

It is fully furnished and equipped, including all linens, linens and household items. All rooms are independent, external and bathed in sunlight. The apartment is distributed in living-dining room with access to the private terrace, with table and chairs for 4/5 diners, living area with 42-inch satellite TV and radio and Internet connection. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine. Mediterranean bathroom with shower, WC, towels and hair dryer, two comfortable bedrooms, one of them with double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The apartment consists of large closets wardrobe and private terrace. It has magnificent sea views.

Tolle Lage, tolle Wohnung, Tücher schmecken nach Rauch...

Super Lage, so nah beim superschönen Strand. Ausstattung etwas knapp in der Küche - hatte nicht 4 Kaffeeköffel. Alles sauber gereinigt. ABER: Bettwäsche und Frottétücher stinken nach Zigarettenrauch. Vermutlich nicht Problem der Besitzer sondern dort, wo sie gelagert werden, bevor sie in die Wohnung gebracht werden. Ansonsten alles bestens. Nah zum einkaufen. Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Pool war auch angenehm und gut gepflegt. Abhesehen davon alles bestens.Aucheinkaufen

Nicht Barrierefrei, sonst Top!

Die Wohnung war sauber und genau wie im Inserat und auf den Fotos. Zum Appartement kommt man nur über eine Treppe und in der Wohnung gibt es auch Stufen, das sollte in die Beschreibung. Check in und Check out waren einfach und unkompliziert. Bei der Ankunft stand eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank, es gab Spülmittel und -Lappen sowie Shampoo und Duschgel, man muss also nicht bei einer späten Ankunft gleich los zum einkaufen. Die Lage ist super, zu Fuß ist man in 2 Minuten im Meer, in 5 Minuten beim Supermarkt oder verschiedenen Restaurants. Wir hatten verschiedene Nachbarn in der angrenzenden Wohnung aber kaum etwas gehört, also sehr ruhig. Das Fenster des 2. Schlafzimmers geht zum Tennisplatz, sonst ist von allen Zimmern das Meer zu sehen. Der Balkon ist nicht groß aber ausreichend für 4 Personen und ab ca. 13 Uhr (Ende Oktober) im Schatten.

Entspannung garantiert

Als wir den Eingang zum Appartment gefunden hatten, war alles ganz leicht und angenehm. Die Ausstattung ist gut, die Lage auch, Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Betten sind bequem, das Bad komfortabel, das Sofa gemütlich, der Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein. Hilfreich wäre neben der Adresse also ein Wegweiser an der Pforte.

Wir waren 14 Tage hier und es hat an nichts gefehlt! Nur im kleinen Schlafzimmer wäre ein Föiegengitter schön gewesen.

Super Lage , kleine Schwächen

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber schön eingerichtet, die Lage perfekt, nur ein Katzensprung zum Strand und beide Beach Bars kann man empfehlen. Es fehlt eine Spülmaschine und es gibt für meinen Geschmack zu viel Stufen in der Wohnung, an die man sich gewöhnen muss. Insektenschutz an den Fenstern wären klasse, es gab viele Mücken

Nette woning

Schone woning, alles zoals op de foto, ruime kamers. Klein balkon, in de wintermaanden tot 14:00 uur zon op het balkon, gehorig als je kleine kinderen naast je hebt. Mooi uitzicht tussen de huizen door. Vlakbij strand, supermarkt, kleine nette speeltuin Saai dorp, huurauto aan te raden.

Etwas abgewohnt - wird aber wohl im Sep. renoviert. Lage direkt am Strand, ruhig und Restaurants sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen.

Prestation de qualité correspondant au descriptif. Un peu juste sur le cinquième couchage. Dommage qu'il manque un lave vaisselle et que les huisseries ne permettent pas une ventilation correcte de l'appartement qui, du coup, reste chaud toute la nuit.
