The house is located directly above the harbor in a quiet residential complex in Morro Jable. The spacious house offers enough space for 2-4 people.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob as well as a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator.
There is also a television with satellite connection and WiFi in the living area.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Two independent bathrooms and toilets are distributed on the two levels.
The beautiful green terrace with a fantastic view over the coast, down to the southern tip of Fuerteventura, really invites you to relax. With good visibility you can see Gran Canaria and even the Teide from Tenerife. The sunset is right at your feet every day.
The center of town with many restaurants, shops, banks and pharmacies is about 5 minutes walk.
To the beach you can choose between the tourist beach of Jandia or an idyllic bathing bay. Both can be reached within a 10-minute walk. In the harbor itself there is one of the most famous Morro Jable fish restaurants 'La Cofradia', where the freshly caught fish is served directly on the plate.
The house is ideal for people who do not want to do without comfort and want to move a little away from the tourist crowds. Also ideal for families!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Sehr gut gelegen, geräumig und komfortabel. Ausstattung zweckmäßig, Küche gut ausgerüstet. Die auf den Bildern abgebildeten Sonnensegel über Balkon und Terasse gibt es leider nicht mehr, nur noch mehr eine Markise für die Terasse. Eines der Windfanggitter auf dem Balkon ist auch nicht mehr vorhanden. Die Matratzen sollte man sich besser nicht ohne Bettuch ansehen, sonst wird so mancher nicht mehr darauf schlafen wollen. Daran und an den Schränken merkt man, dass der Zahn der Zeit nagt. Radio und TV auch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, und leider nur deutsche TV-Sender. Die in den Boden der Terasse eingelassene Windrose ist wunderschön und auch richtig eingenordet, aber wenn man einmal bemerkt hat, dass Westen und Osten vertauscht wurden, dann kann man das nicht mehr ausblenden und ist zu permanentem Kopfschütteln verurteilt. Das Haus besticht also wegen des Platzangebots und der Lage, aber nicht wegen der Details. Dennoch würden wir gerne wieder kommen. Großes, großes Lob an Lena Keller, sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, das war ein Highlight!

Alles Bestens. Lediglich das zweite Bad im Erdgeschoss ähnelte eher einer Abstellkammer und dient nur dem Zweck sich den Sand von den Füßen abzuduschen

Sehr schönes Haus, traumhafte Lage wunderschönen Blick auf den kleinen Hafen.Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Ein kurzer Fußweg führt direkt zum kleinen Hafen von Morro Jable oder an den Strand von Jandia. Dass Dorf ist sehr schön es gibt kleine Restaurants und für den Selbstversorger einen modernen Euro Spar. Uns hat es gut gefallen wir empfehlen es Freunden weiter und kommen ganz sicher wieder.Auto ist zu empfehlen.

Ferienwohnung in Morro Jable mit Blick auf den Hafen

Die Wohnung war weitgehend so, wie im Prospekt beschrieben. Leider waren nicht alle Wohnungen in der gesamten Anlage so schön anzusehen. In der Wohnung selbst gab es einige Mängel: Der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht richtig, es wurden nur die Lebensmittel im unteren Bereich gekühlt. Im Anbau regnete es an einem Tag durch. Zwei Personen konnten mit dem warmen Wasser des Boilers kaum warm duschen. Der schöne Anblick auf den Hafen wurde leider durch das ständige "monotone Brummen" gestört, wenn die Fähren im Hafen lagen. Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig, um die Besorgungen zu erledigen!
