This fantastic flat with a large terrace is just 400 metres from the beach of El Granillo. With capacity for 4 people, it is the ideal place to enjoy a dream holiday with family or friends. Its location is unbeatable, in one of the most important tourist centres of the island, surrounded by crystal clear waters and just a few minutes from Sotavento.

In addition, it has all the necessary services around it, making your holiday a unique experience.

This is the perfect place to spend a holiday with your family or friends. The flat can accommodate four people and is divided into two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds (both with TV). There are two complete bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living-dining room is spacious and has a sofa, a Smart TV, and WiFi internet. The flat also boasts an incredible terrace with three distinct areas, perfect for the whole family to enjoy. Unwind in the hammocks, bounce on the trampoline or soak up the sun on the sunbathing area.
