Wir haben leider die negativen Bewertungen nicht alle gelesen, aber es kam schlimmer. Beim Einchecken war keiner erreichbar.Die Sauberkeit war vorhanden, aber die Möbel waren sehr beschädigt. Eine Sitzgarnitur außen war nicht mehr vorhanden und wurde durch einen alten Tisch und Stühle vom Sperrmüll ersetzt. Die Beine der Stühle knickten ab und konnten nur mit Vorsicht benutzt werden. Auf der Pergola flatterte der Sonnenschutz teils unbefestigt wild umher. Die völlig zerfransten losen Strohmatten und der lose Sonnenschutz wurden nach sechs Wochen entsorgt aber nicht ersetzt. Der SAT-Receiver gab nach zwei Tagen den Geist auf und wurde nicht ersetzt. Dadurch war deutsches SAT-TV nicht mehr möglich. Der uralte Fernseher hatte keinen SAT-Anschluss.Der 2Platten Herd war nur Hälfte benutzbar. Sanikasten oder Rauchmelder waren nicht vorhanden.

Aufenthalt

Der Empfang war sehr eisig. Bei der Übergabe musste ich feststellen, dass der Fernseher nicht funktionierte. Erst nach 1,5 Wochen hat sich dann jemand bemüht und den Fernseher in Gang gebracht. Auch sonst war eine Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin nicht möglich! Erst nach Kontaktaufnahme mit VRBO wurde die Angelegenheit bereinigt. Auch die Aufforderung den Schlüssel bei Abreise umgehend in den Schlüsselkasten zu legen (für mich selbstverständlich) fand ich dreist. Bei diesem Vermieter würde ich nie wieder eine Ferienwohnung anmieten.

Preis Leistungsvergältnis noch gerade so akzeptabel

Der Aufenthalt war zu Beginn sehr erfreulich, da wir schon um 12 Uhr einchecken konnten. Die Tür zum Apartment ist sehr scchwerfällig sowie die Tür zum Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer. Die Möbel sind nicht in bester Qualität,. Die Dusch Badewanne ist mit ihrem Flecken nicht so Einladend. appetitl
