The picture of the room sleeping 3 I had booked resembled nothing like what we were given, so I had to upgrade and spend more morning. There were no glasses in the room which appeared on the 3 request. Only tea for 2 people with the 3rd cup never being provided. The tea and sugar were not refreshed in terms of supply. There was an elderly gentleman in reception one day who kept walking by the two teenage girls with me and making them feel unsafe.

The over all experience was really poor. The hotel is rated as 4 starts and affordable, but it shouldn’t be raided that high. The beds and rooms are nothing like in the pictures. It is far away from everything. I chose it because I thought even far away from center the experience was going to be good but it wasn’t. There were mosquitoes in the room, not able to get an extra pillow, plus mattress was really old, and you can tell it needs to be replaced. It was quiet and friendly staff. Maybe if you are traveling with your car could be an option but not recommended for tourist that want to experience Palermo.

Absolutely terrible. It was dirty and there were stains on the bed sheets. The staff was off-Standish when I asked for an earlier check in. I left in 6 hours and booked a new hotel. Don’t go.

Nothing grate about this property, reception is very bad, dinning is very limited and dinning manger is very rude. It appears they make business from cruse ship crowd than other client.Surrounding area is rundown and the property facility is not up to the mark as they advertise on their website. Generally not a place I would recommend for pleasant holiday.
