The studio is located in one of the most commercial streets of the Mallorcan capital, all kinds of shops, cafes and restaurants around, in addition to live music, street artists and a lot of atmosphere in the area. And is that the heart of the city is at your feet. At the end of the street is the Plaza Mayor. Plaza España, from where you can catch buses or trains to anywhere on the island, is a few meters away.

This studio has a capacity for 2 people. It has a double bed, a living room with a French kitchen that is equipped with all the utensils and utensils necessary for your stay: ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. In the living room you will find a modern sofa and a table to enjoy your meals. In addition, the studio has a full bathroom with a shower tray and a hairdryer. We offer free Wi-Fi in addition to air conditioning with heat.

The Studio has a very original tropical decoration, it is very bright and has some little balconies from which to enjoy the coming and going of people and the bustle of the city. It is ideal for couples.

The apartment is situated in a perfect location. The apartment is really clean and well presented with everything you need for your stay. Noemi was a fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend Noemi and her apartment 100%.

Tolle Objekt in super Lage

Perfekte Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden. Dadurch ist es Nachts teilweise sehr laut, aber in der Stadt ist das ja normal. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war hervorragend und sehr unkompliziert.
