Its name is due to the fact that it was the place that a famous sculptor used as a refuge for a long time: he commented that from the viewpoint his inspiration was in crescendo for the creations of his work. Currently the apartment is completely renovated and its surface area of more than 90 square meters has capacity for 6 people. It is very well distributed with 3 exterior double rooms that overlook the Mediterranean and two bathrooms with a shower. The kitchen is modern and perfectly equipped with all the kitchenware and utensils you may need to be a professional chef. There is a very spacious living room that will allow you to eat or relax while looking at the sea, all rooms have air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection. Both day and night you can enjoy the incredible terrace that overlooks the bay of Cala Estancia, accompanied by the sea breeze. If you need it, you have a parking space just below the building.
