A beautifully decorated holiday apartment for up to 4 guests, with a shared swimming pool, just 5 km from Palma city centre. Whether you're after pure relaxation, a remote-work base, easy access to the city, or a business trip, this is one of the best options around.

The fully equipped apartment features two double bedrooms (beds can be separated into singles on request), furnished in tasteful Mediterranean style, with views over a private patio with fruit trees. Enjoy air conditioning, a smart TV with satellite channels, and Wi-Fi throughout. There are two kitchenettes, simply but well equipped, each with a Nespresso machine, and two bathrooms with showers and hairdryers. An open-air parking space is included on site.

A car isn't necessary: the neighbourhood is well connected by bus and taxi, and the airport is just 15 minutes away. The city bus stop is 200 m from the apartment, with buses to the centre every 8 minutes (15-minute ride).

The apartment is set in Son Roqueta, a quiet, mostly local residential area on the outskirts of Palma, with supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby. It's an excellent base for golf, hiking or cycling, surrounded by the Arabella Golf Resort (Son Vida, Son Quint and Son Muntaner golf courses).

Outside, a lovely garden with a saltwater pool — shared with the friendly owner — invites you to unwind after a day exploring the city or working. Pool hours: 07:00–22:00.

Check-in is handled remotely; you'll receive a form in advance to submit the documentation required by the authorities.
