Sie mieten ein gemütliches Haus - direkt vom Eigentümer - zur alleinigen Nutzung in zentraler Lage, mitten im bekannten El Arenal / S’Arenal – zwischen Balneario 1 und dem Hafen. Der Strand liegt nur ca. 80m vom Haus entfernt. Das Haus ist umgeben von diversen Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Supermärkten, Apotheken ect. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist das Haus ruhig gelegen und bieten Ihnen den gewissen Raum zur Erholung und zum Relaxen.
Das Haus bietet Platz für 5 Personen. Unsere Unterkunft ist gut geeignet für Paare, Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien mit Kindern. Auf einer Wohnfläche von ca. 130 qm und auf 2 Etagen verteilt, befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, 1 Wohn- / Essbereich, ein großzügiger Eingangsbereich sowie eine wunderschöne Innenterrasse/Patio mit dem großen Zitronenbaum. Eine vollausgestattete Küche fehlt in diesem Wohlfühlhaus natürlich nicht.
