Amazing Hotel

We stayed for 4 nights and throughly enjoyed it. The included breakfast was extensive and delicious. I also loved that it was from 8:30-1:30. We were always able to eat breakfast and lunch at the hotel which I’ve never experienced before. Staff is extremely friendly and hotel is walking distance to the beach and strip. Definitely recommend!

Our stay was fantastic! The staff were amazing from start to finish. The delicious food selection for brunch was brilliant with a huge range to choose from. They even changed the hot options as it got closer to lunch time. Rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated and the pool area was relaxing with a DJ playing and great selection of sun beds, daybeds, beanbags and deckchairs. Would highly recommend and we will be back. Thank you!

Mallorca stay

Not taking anything away from the friendliness of the staff however the management needs to take a hard look at how they run the organisation. I booked a double room. Correct me if I’m wrong, but shoving two single beds together does not constitute to a double bed The shower was hit and miss. However, I’m sure this post will be ignored by the powers that be until it impacts on their profits.

I was initially in room 320 which was tiny and the doorway to the bathroom and to the balcony were blocked by a huge TV which is much bigger than the space allows without hitting your head on the TV! Thankfully, the reception staff were helpful and moved me to 311 which did not have this issue. The brunch is very good. The only things that I would mention for improvement would be to put some rubber coverings on the feet of the chairs in the dining room as they make a very loud noise when the chairs are moved and scraped along the floor, which is often. There is also constant noise from the clatter of plates and cutlery and the staff in the dining room are constantly moving around you without cease, so it does not feel very calm or restful. However, all in all, it is a good hotel and I commend the staff for their professional attitude and behaviour.

Amazing hotel!!

Thank you for a great stay! Hotel is new and modern, staff are so friendly and accommodating, food is great and included in the stay, and rooms and shower are fantastic! The pool area is great with a nice DJ in the day, there is also a small gym and bike room. Very nice hotel and great value!

Calm location with free parking across the street and a 3-minute walk to a bus stop for easy access to Palma city. Wonderful, varied breakfast available until midday. The hotel has a stylish design featuring natural materials and a welcoming staff. What could be improved: Unfortunately, the hotel has poor soundproofing. I could hear every word from my neighbors throughout the night, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep.
