Bra läge. Fräscht rum o skön säng o kuddar. Fönstren var inte tillräckligt ljudisolerade mot gatan utanför. Städningen gjordes väldigt sent på dagen vilket är en nackdel när man kommer till rummet och vill ta en siesta. Trevlig hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Skönt att kunna hänga vid poolen på taket.

Almost everything about this hotel was excellent. Dining facilities was very welcoming and great menu options for breakfast and for an evening meal. Rooftop pool and loungers were an added bonus, especially after walking around the harbour and old town all day. And without being too picky, just a couple of things that caused us issues. We booked a double room, but on arrival late in the evening it was set up as a twin, with beds pushed together. That night, having turned over in bed, I crashed through the middle of the beds as they separated, my knee banged off the floor, bedside table went flying, with lamp, glass, phone and everything else thrown across the room! Not what you want at 3 in the morning! My knee ended up troubling me all week with all the walking we had to do. I reported it befor breakfast the next day, and was told they would address it straight away. We had breakfast, then out for a full day, returning around 3:30 in the afternoon, only to find nothing had changed and again I had to report it down. Stairs at reception, to which they informed me it was in the house keepers jobs todo. It just felt a little lack of priority and no acknowledgement that I was hurt through this. It was addressed after reporting it twice, but it could have all been avoided.

Very nice, modern hotel, an easy walk into the old town. Comfy beds. Small rooftop pool and basement indoor pool and sauna, ideal for unwinding after sightseeing, Breakfast very good- served at your table ( not buffet )

Great place and location for what we wanted. The rooms are very nice but nowhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom. There wasn’t enough room to put my clothes and only one small luggage seat so my husband had his on the floor. Other than that it was great

Modern hotel with cute roof top pool. Located about 20 mins walk from the centre. Room was nice although not huge. Breakfast good

Great location quiet.

We had a pleasant three night stay. The hotel is in quiet neighborhood, plenty of breakfast places all around. Very good location to the sites. 20 min on foot. Plenty of restaurants 20 min walk.

Beautiful hotel in Palma

The hotel is modern, clean and in a great location only a short walk into Palma centre. The rooftop pool is clean and relaxing. It was a great stay.

This hotel's condition is beyond my expectation for the price level. The room is very nice with style. Staffs are friendly and attentive. The only problem is that it is a little off located for tourists. However, the price reflects the location.

Just came back from this hotel, honestly one of the best hotel to stay at, the staff were super friendly and helpful and provided a really great service. The hotel is walking distance to the centre of Palmer where all the shops are and walking distance to loads of great bars and restaurants. The roof pool is just incredible not a massive pool but plenty big enough for a gentle swim to cool off and you get a stunning view as you do, would absolutely love to come back to this hotel.
