We stayed at JS Palma Plaza Hotel for seven days and had a great experience. The location is excellent for getting around Palma and for public transport connections. Room was spacious and clean. Apart from the bathroom which felt quite cramped. Staff friendly on reception and helped us book taxis when we needed it. Only lost a star as felt like the location wasn’t great…felt a bit far from the centre and was a bit of a walk. Rooftop little pool was nice with the lounges and saw a few sunsets/sunrise from there which was nice. Also having one inside with a sauna. Felt a bit noisy in terms of traffic outside in a built up area but when in the room it was not a problem
