This villa is the perfect place for a large group of friends, family , sporty people or work colleagues that want to come and relax on holiday. The 880m2 villa has beautiful views of the Serra de Tramuntana and is only 10 minutes away from Palma by car. There are also local restaurants nearby, specialising in Mediterranean cuisine.
The villa focuses on sport and wellness and there is a gym/fitness area (with a treadmill, elliptical machine, bikes and weights) , a large outdoor pool , solarium and even a massage room available upon request. For those keen cyclists, the villa is kitted out with a bike workshop and storage area so that you can prepare and store your bikes.
Inside, the villa has a large dining area which opens onto the fully equipped kitchen with views of the Serra de Tramuntana. The living room area is the ideal place to relax and to enjoy the indoor bar .
The 12 bedrooms all come with a double bed and their own bathrooms ( 8 with shower and 4 with bath tubs).
