Appartement in perfekter Altstadt-Lage. Direkt Restaurants, kleine Supermercados, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten am Haus. Das Bett im grossen Schlafzimmer ist top danke dickem Topper. Die Terrasse ist gut. Der Zustand des gesamten Appartements ist abgewohnt. Böden teilweise kaputt, rostige Stellen im Bad, die Fenster im grossen Schlafzimmer gehen zu einem dreckigen Lichtschacht und das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist total durchgelegen. Lage im Haus ist die 3. Etage ohne Aufzug. Preis-Leistung Verhältnis stimmt bei diesem Appartement nicht.
