The hotel is an extraordinary cultural experience. Magnificent Baroque halls are beautifully blended with high-quality contemporary art. The staff are personally warm and exceptionally professional. Can’t recommend highly enough. The staff are so kind and friendly making you feel like you're staying with family. They went above and beyond, nothing was ever too much trouble and made the stay extra special. The location is so central and easy to walk to everything. The rooftop terrace was my favourite spot, so peaceful with sounds of the birds and church bells, away from the bustle of the city. Don’t miss out on the breakfasts, I think we tried all the options, they were all amazing! The only downside is having to leave!

We loved everything about this hotel. The building itself is just stunning - you are basically staying in a palace! The room was beautifully decorated with every provision you could ask for. A gem of a hotel, run by angels

A gem of a boutique hotel in Palma Mallorca, with delicate touches of care and beauty at every corner! The hostess was a fantastic human being, and the rest of the staff too. They cared about the environment, which made us delighted. Breakfast was delicious, and the dining room it was served in, couldn't be more beautiful. A very memorable experience for my wife and I, we have nothing but the best of wishes for them.

This hotel is like an oasis of calm and tranquility in a bustling and vibrant city. It exudes elegance from the moment you enter the courtyard and the room didn’t disappoint- we stayed in the Royal Suite which has a private terrace with a view of the cathedral and King’s garden, a real gem of a find. The staff are so obliging, especially at breakfast which provides a real personal touch. The spa is a must, we had 2 hours of fun in the pool mixed with real indulgence and relaxation. Don’t want to come home!

Great location for stay

A really old beautiful hotel in old Palma - small number of rooms so not busy and chef cooks breakfast for you - which was very nice. Downside - the room we were in had very little sound proofing so could hear neighbours tv and doors etc so not so good if a light sleeper. But no road noise etc. Nice roof terrace with views of port and cathedral. We could walk to beach and restaurants and shops, museums etc easily.

There was no way to call reception from the room, or from anywhere - very difficult to get in touch with anyone when things are broken or go wrong. Otherwise, a nice hotel, but for the price similar hotels in the area offer a much better all around service.

It was alright , good location. Heart of palma , close to everything . However very disappointing that water bottles were not provided even though concierge said we would get one complimentary bottle per day . Some days they forgot to give us , when I asked for it , they billed it to the room .

The only thing that is 5 star is the location

Ended a 10 day Spain trip at Palma and stayed 2 nights at the Palacio. Let's put it this way, the cons outweighed the pros heavily. My girlfriend and I were looking to relax in a beautiful looking SPA, work out a bit in the gym, get a spa treatment or two and relax in a 5 star room with sea view. We walked in and were greeted by the friendly staff. They gave us a tour. The entrance is majestic, however the remainder of the property is like a very nice home with lots of bedrooms, one being our room. All I want to do is wash up and lay in bed. The rooms are small, old, and dusty. No soap in my soap dispenser, no sheets on my bed (there was a problem that day apparently with the laundry). The gym is the size of a bathroom, the weights cant even fit and sit outside of the gym. The spa you see on expedia is small and doesn't seem sanitary. The room had no sea view. My girlfriend got a mani/pedi after looking in the book and it said mani/pedi - 30-35Euro. They outsourced the job to a third party and she got conned into signing a 100 euro bill with hopes of complaining to the staff and not this random person. We did. The hotel said there was nothing they could do except provide us with breakfast or a bottle of wine. I was pretty furious and thought it was completely unprofessional and deceiving. Other than that, the property is historic seeming and nice enough and located next to the cathedral and the staff concierge was great and booked us dinners and a bike tour.

Hotel Gute lage konntest viel zu Fuß und Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erreichen. Hatten viele kleinere Tiere im Zimmer. Frühstück Auswahl für die 10 Tage zwar sehr gut aber die Auswahlmöglichkeiten sehr gering.
