The spacious and elegant Bonanova Style Villa (tourist license number ETV/9620) is located in an excellent location, in the west of Palma. It is the ideal place to relax. Its 3.70m x 2.30m and 0.9m deep swimming pool will refresh you on the hottest days and you can rest your eyes on the sea. On the other hand, you can bathe in the numerous coves that are just 5 or 10 minutes away by car, depending on the cove you choose. If you choose not to rent a car, you can walk or rent a bicycle. Being so close to the port, the house is perfect for those who choose to arrive on the island by boat. You will be staying just a few steps from the Porto Pi shopping centre, where you will find everything you need during your stay.



Description

Bonanova Style consists of 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people. The outdoor space is very large as it has 3 terraces. At the front of the house there is a ground floor terrace and another terrace on the first floor, where the swimming pool is located. At the back is the garden and barbecue with a marble dining table.

The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. For hot days, the air conditioning will delight you, and in winter you will enjoy the comfort of a fireplace as well as central heating. Of course you will have access to the internet via WiFi and television. For your clothes, you will have a washing machine, dryer and iron.

The independent gas kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, cooking utensils, coffee maker, fryer, toaster, kettle and juicer.



Environment

The house is located in the old Roman port called Porto Pi.

It allows quick access to a wide variety of activities to suit all tastes.

For art lovers, the Joan Miro Foundation is a 5-minute drive away, and there are a variety of galleries in the centre of Palma.

If you prefer to learn more about the history of Mallorca, Bellver Castle has an excellent exhibition and is 8 minutes away by car, and the San Carlo Military History Museum is also 6 minutes away by car.

As mentioned, there are many coves and beaches nearby, such as Playa Cala Major 5 minutes by car or Illetes 12 minutes by car.

We recommend visiting the Marivent Gardens to relax and admire the more than 40 different native species. This would be for lovers of biology and nature walks.

If you play golf, the Bendinat Golf Course is 12 minutes away by car

For the whole family, don\'t miss a visit to Western Park and Katmandu Park in Magaluf, 15 minutes away by car.
