There were bedbugs in the bed! They only said could change the room which obviously would not solve the problem. No refund was given.

Good access, but Hotel hygiene falls short

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the location to be excellent, just a 3-minute walk from the metro station, making it easy to reach any tourist attractions. However, the cleanliness was a concern; I noticed some small insects in the bathroom, and the shower area was very cramped. Additionally, the hot and cold water supply was inconsistent, and the water pressure was low. The air conditioning unit often made noise, and the sound insulation was average. I could feel vibrations from passing trains early in the morning, which disturbed my sleep. Another downside was that the single bedrooms on the upper floors did not have lift access to the first and second floors, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. Overall, while the location is great, some improvements are needed in terms of cleanliness and amenities.

Even at low price, this is not worth it

Rooms are small, damaged, unclean. Door had a hole, no shower screen / curtain, mould in grout. Twin beds 5cm apart. The bedding and towels were at least clean. Bag storage is unsafe, just left lying in front of the lift. No system to track each bag and can’t store after check out. Location only good thing.
