We had a great family stay at YOOMA Urban Lodge near the Eiffel Tower. The room was spacious, breakfast was delicious, and everything was perfect for our family of five. Sandra at reception was especially kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

The hotels ac didnt work everyone had to ask for a fan in their room. And the windows only crack it wasnt pleasant to sleep. The dryer also broke down so i had to dry my clothes after washing them on a heater. Should invest in more than 1 washer and dryer and ac that wprks. Besides that it was walking distance from the eiffel tower, clean, and staff was friendly.

Staff are friendly and helpful. 15 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower. Very central to visit Paris attractions. Hotel and rooms basic but comfortable. Very warm in communal areas. Good breakfast with very efficient service. Would stay again.

No air conditioning although advertised. We had to sleep with the window open so we got many mosquito bites because there was no screen. Room was above 27°C. Flannel sheets did not help. We woke up dripping in sweat every night. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Beds were clean and comfortable, and kids really loved the play room and arcade games in the lobby. The big problem was the air conditioning in our room "worked" (it blew some cool air) but did not cool down the room and we sweated all night. The next day someone from the front desk came to the room and checked the a/c and said "that's just the way it is", luckily the did give us a fan which was appreciated. Also luckily the weather cooled off a bit for the rest of our trip. Daily temps in Paris during our stay were in the mid-80's (F) ... if there had been a real heat wave going on I think this room would have been unbearably hot. I would not take the risk again for a summer stay here.

Kids love this place

This was our 2nd time staying here. The first time was great so we chose this hotel again. This time the laundry machines were out of service during our entire stay. This was a bit frustrating as I had called ahead before booking to ensure there was laundry on the premises as this was part of a longer trip. When I mentioned this to management they didn’t really seem to care. Other than that this place does still have a lot to offer. My kids loved the free mini arcade in the lobby and the play room. And the staff is friendly. Check-out was a bit slow. There is no iron in the room, but the one in the laundry room is usually available to use. The Eiffel tower is about a 17 minute walk away. And the Monoprix grocery store which is huge is about a 5 minute walk away. Overall I would still recommend this place. Just don’t count on the amenities.

Could be amazing, but let down

Great location and setup. Had all you need for a couple of night stay even though rooms compact. Would have been 9/10 but let down by non existent air-con (which they publicise as a selling point), and dismissive customer service when it was highlighted as not working to reception the morning after, I now know due to the fact she knew the aircon is poor for others aswell. Result was 2 nights unable to sleep properly in a heatwave! If you can’t offer working air-con, no problem at all, just don’t miss sell to people who book expecting it working!

Entire building’s AC was down. Told the room window will open when checking in only to find out they were fixed windows. Asked to have room changed which they did to a room with window that opens and was also provided with a fan which was ok during the night but staying inside the room during the day was unbearable. They did discount the room rate but still charged over €100 per night. Restaurant also had no air flow or circulation (no open windows) which made having breakfast quite uncomfortable and was charged €15.
