Staff were amazing! I had a really bad experience with Room 108 but staff found a solution and moved me to another room as soon as possible and provide me a goodwill gesture! the new room was very good! I do hope that they will make much needed improvements in room 108 as that room is not fit for purpose and definitely not worth the price they were charging! Because of the staff's invaluable attitude, I will definitely go back next year!

I was not happy that the city tax was added after the fact. And I was charged for an espresso when they could have easily absorbed the cost. The rooms were clean and well serviced. They were tiny, if you have young kids, this may not best place. The location was good.

Cozy cocoon in Paris

We stayed 1 night in Paris. We were looking for a quiet and pretty spot to sleep well. The rooms are very cozy and super clean. We had everything we needed and more. The terrace is perfect and the lobby/bar area very nice! The neighborhood feels safe and there is a lot of good places to eat close by

Perfect for a city break

Really lovely, compact and well located hotel. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful, even taking time to investigate the nearest Bubble Tea place for my daughter sand ringing them to see if they were open! A lovely touch. Room was very modern and well maintained, beds were very comfortable. The only minor problem was that there was a bad smell of drains in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, not remarkable since the area was very small and the pastries were not super fresh. All in all this was a great hotel that I would recommend and return to.

A pleasant welcome and able to use the pool straight away which was a big draw for this hotel. We used the pool every day (apart from day of departure) which really added to our trip. The room was big enough, very clean and well equipped. The terrace area was a very nice area to relax in (but maybe a sign to remind guests to keep the volume down on personal devices!) and plan for the next days activities. Recommend the local Italian, Gioco, where we had a lovely pizza, and Eric Kayser bakery (around the corner) for patisserie! A very enjoyable stay and wa a great base for our first visit to Paris - we will be back I am sure!
