Great location, just a short walk to Main Street and Park City Mountain's Town Lift with easy access to skiing, shopping, dining and nightlife, this beautiful condo offers over 1,500 square feet of comfortable living space and accommodates up to 9 guests. Hop on the free town shuttle to access Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village and all Park City's attractions.

The updated main bedroom features a king-size bed, 40" flat-screen TV, and a recently remodeled private bathroom with double vanity and oversized shower. With two recently remodeled guest bathrooms as well, Town Pointe A102 offers one guest bedroom with a twin-size bed, a queen-size bed, a private bath with double vanity, and 32" TV. The second guestroom has a queen-size bed and a 26" flat-screen TV. For your comfort, the condo has central air conditioning and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements.

The cozy living room invites you to catch a show on a 50" cable Smart TV or relax in front of a gas-burning fireplace. Town Pointe A102 has a fully equipped, upgraded kitchen. Dine in with a table for 6 guests plus 3 counter stools.

Access the private, year-round hot tub on the deck just outside the living room. Free wi-fi, a private washer and dryer, and underground parking with elevator access available. This desirable condo has a deluxe classification rating.
