Room condition was not very pleasant, there was a toilet smell when you entered the room. Also the amenities and facilities were quite worn out. The room was also not sound proofed. The lady next to our room was coughing the whole night and I could not sleep. The only good thing was the water park. We would not stay in Amari again for overall experience

The layout and outdoor pool area is really nice. Pools were warm and not too deep. It felt safe for kids to run around and they loved the slides. Rooms was spacious and clean and staff very helpful. Good range of breakfast foods too.

The Amari Pattaya is a true 5 Star hotel. The check-in/out was quick and efficient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were in room #800 and our view of the ocean was spectacular. The bed, the bathroom, the balcony, the wifi, were all top notch and super clean. The beach, many shops, restaurants etc. are all within walking distance. The pool is beautiful and lounges were plenty. The breakfast buffet is great, lots of food choices and the quality of the food was superior.We would stay here again.

I booked a King Bed but was given a Hollywood bed. The hotel said it’s similar in size, but it has a gap in the middle which is not the same as a real King Bed. This made my stay uncomfortable — I had back pain and my child could not sleep well.
