Very Good Experience

Hi ia hve stayed at the Nova Gold two times and on each ocassion have been very happy with the facilities and friendliness of the staff The rooms were excellent and AC and haousekeeing were frist class I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a venue 10 minutes away from the busy Beach Road area Transport readily available at low cost

Great hotel, price and location

Great hotel and excellent value for money, best shower I have used in Thailand too. The location is fairly quiet which I like but has several small bars and restaurants very close by. Family mart with ATM 20 meters from reception. Have stayed in the busy areas before and have had enough of listening to music, motorbikes or building work whilst inside hotel room so after reading many reviews about this place decided to give it a try and glad I did too. Got a great price for the room and have paid much more for less in my opinion many times before. If you want to go out into soi buckao or soi 7/8 then it's easy to walk and cheap enough to get a motorbike taxi for 50 baht to drop you off in about 5 minutes. Beach not much further. I don't understand how people can give this hotel bad reviews it makes me wonder where they have stayed before for what is effectively less than £25 a night.

Ideal

The only problem I could find with this Hotel,the tea & coffee provided was not enough for a double room.Also there was a number of lights not working and a couple of the electric sockets could do with replacing due to wear.Apart form these the Hotel was very nice and also in a quiet part of Pattaya.
