Wonderful experience at this hotel. My room was clean, stocked with toiletries, and clean linens. The views were ah-mazing and the staff was so nice and accommodating. I had a mix up with my (Expedia) reservation but the friendly front desk staff went out of their way to assist and remedy the issue. As an English speaking guest, it was delightful that several staffers spoke English. They made sure we had an enjoyable experience. Special shout out to Khun Lynn at the front desk and the restaurant staff. This hotel is an entire vibe! We loved the music in the common areas and the beautiful artistic decor was welcoming. Beautiful spaces for group photos and selfies too! I almost forgot, if you can please opt for the breakfast buffet. It offered an attractive and diverse array of food options and it didn’t close down until about noon. I slept in and still had plenty of time to get a made to order omelet. They even have a noodle station where staff make your orders while you wait. Ahhh, I already miss it! Needless to say, I highly recommend this hotel. Great location, nice and clean accommodations, courteous and professional staff, delicious food, beautiful sky bars with amazing pools views, and they even have a concierge service for excursions and activities. My experience was awesome. I’m already planning my return trip!
