A fabulous country retreat near to the town of Denia. The house consists of a large lounge, a TV room, , satellite and WIFI.
There is a large lounge/dining room and a TV room. From this room patio doors lead on to the shaded terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining!
The garden is surrounded by almond groves and there is a private swimming pool (8 x 4mts) By the pool is shade and sunbeds, table and chairs for outdoor meals.
Air conditioning is in the master bedroom and also in the central room which keeps the house cool. There are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has an en suite shower room and there is a separate bathroom. The bedrooms all have double beds.
The kitchen is separate, there is a washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven and microwave.
The garden is private with different areas for sitting, the garden lights up at night to give a lovely Mediterranean ambience. The beautiful Spanish garden has established trees and bushes. Chill out area by the pool.
Easy access to airports of Alicante and Valencia.
A perfect holiday retreat.
Linen and towels are included in the price. Plus beach towels.
We do ask for a refundable deposit of €200 against breakages. This is not included in the price.
