The two bedrooms are equipped with TV, air conditioning in the large bedroom and the other has a fan, all windows with mosquito nets.From the living-dining room there is direct access to the semi-covered terrace with carpot, table and chairs and ceiling fan, there is also a summer kitchen, well equipped also with ceiling fan, refrigerator, microwave, camping gas, all the necessary utensils and independent access to one of the bedrooms. 
The sunny pool area invites you to sunbathe and relax on the sun loungers under the palm trees or lie in the hammock. You can also take a stroll in the large plot behind the house with a beautiful garden with Mediterranean plants and fruit trees. 
 
The villa and the terraces are fully furnished and equipped; Spanish and German satellite TV, Wifi internet, dishwasher, washing machine, infrared heating in the living-dining room, wood-burning barbecue, outdoor shower hot/cold, etc.
