They went completely out of their way throughout our trip. Nantas personal touches and dedication to ensuring our comfort was simply extraordinary, providing thoughtful advice, breakfast boxes for our early departures, and organising a fantastic tour driver who made our trips out magical. The food at Conrad Bali great. Each meal was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. What stood out even more was the team’s attention to our dietary needs. They went above and beyond to ensure everything we needed was taken care of, offering personalised meals that suited our children’s needs and dietary restrictions. We felt truly cared for and valued in every meal experience. The resort’s facilities were equally brilliant.
