"We recently spent 14 days at the Conrad Bali Nusa Dua, visiting all the way from the UK, and I can honestly say it was one of the most unforgettable stays we’ve ever had. A massive thank you to Nanta who made our stay so amazing and the Bellman captain Adi Irawan, who were both instrumental in making our stay amazing and recovering a missing suitcase. They went completely out of their way throughout our trip. Nantas personal touches and dedication to ensuring our comfort was simply extraordinary, providing thoughtful advice, breakfast boxes for our early departures, and organising a fantastic tour driver who made our trips out magical.
