Schöne Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Blick auf das

Ein schönes Anwesen mit traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Einziges Manko keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Fugen in der Dusche sollte man mal ran. Mückenschutz reparieren. Schlechter W LAN Empfang in der oberen Wohnung.

Im großen und ganzen war es super. An Sauberkeit hat es sehr gemangelt. Bis aufs Badezimmer war es überall verstaubt. Küchenablage klebrig durch Fett. Ohne PKW ist es sehr schwer mit Kindern an den Strand oder zur Innenstadt zu kommen. Müll muss man zu Fuss mind. 10 min. laufen um es zu entsorgen. Da man auf dem Hang ist haben wir es mit dem Auto transportiert. Super Aussicht sehr ruhige Gegend. Schlüsselübergabe und -abgabe war reibungslos. WLan nur im Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung.

temas a mejorar urgentemente:1– aire acondicionado. con estos calores es oblgfatorio que haya bien por el calor y bien por la entrada de mosquitos hacia el calor. Nos comieron vivos.2–la TV esta puesta con miras a inquilinos alemanes. Si se pone en internet la posibilidad de alquilar por esàñoles hay que poner los canales españoles. En vez de 800 canales alemanes se podrian quitar algunos y repartir mas en mas idiomas.3–las sabanas de las camas dejan mucho que desear. No corresponden con las medidas, sonde invierno etc. una chapuza. hay que mejorar mucho en estos aspectos.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem sch...

Die Wohnung liegt in einem schönen, sehr ruhigen Villenviertel mit Meerblick. Traumhafte Lage, guter Pool. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist leider sehr einfach und abgewohnt (Sofa, Matratzen, Wäsche, Kleiderschrank, Sonnenliegen). Ein Auto ist erforderlich (Einkaufen, Strand usw.) Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit ist vorhanden. Nach einer Renovierung würden wir gerne wiederkommen. Reisetipps: Der kilometerlange Strand ist sehr schön. Ein Besuch der Festungsanlage ist zu empfehlen. Gute Lokale, unser Favorit ist das Steakhaus "El campo". Sehr gute Qualität, wunderschönes Restaurant.
