The house is very cozy and Mallorcan style, the kitchen was renovated in early 2018 and fully equipped. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and the third bedroom is on the top of a gallery. The outdoor area is an absolute dream, with a covered chill-out corner from where you have a beautiful panoramic view.

This typical, very well maintained Mallorcan country house has been restored and modernized by the owners with great attention to detail. Due to the slightly elevated position of the house, offers from the partially covered terraces a beautiful panoramic view of Petra and the island behind. In the interior, the design line continues with a Mediterranean flair. From the large living / dining room with fireplace and stove you get into the kitchen, which also has a terrace access. One of the bathrooms is located in a hallway on the ground floor between 2 bedrooms, one of which also has direct access to the terrace. A staircase leads from the living room to the 3rd air-conditioned bedroom with en suite bathroom and private terrace. The quality and workmanship of the materials, the sublime position give the feeling of security and peace from the first moment. The pool is childproof fenced. Of course, there is an outdoor grill and play areas in the garden and the adjacent green areas. Absolutely quiet but still easy to reach: Since the house is accessible by well paved dirt roads, it takes only a few minutes to the place where there are several small supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Since Mallorca is not very big, the distances are not too big. The nearest beaches are 'Playa de Muro' at Can Picafort with fine white sand and shallow sloping, crystal clear waters or 'Son Serra de Marina', an elongated natural beach (partially nudist) which is also a meeting place for surfers and kiters. If you want to escape from the tranquility of the finca once you reach many interesting points of the island within a half to three quarters of an hour's drive. The center of Palma is just 40 kilometers from Petra, and the Outlet Center FestivalPark in Maratxi with its shops and numerous entertainment venues is 32 kilometers away
