The property combines traditional Mallorcan charm with modern comforts. It features a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with a double bed, TV, air conditioning, and direct access to the porch, as well as a bedroom with two single beds. Both share a full bathroom with a shower.

On the upper floor, you will find the mezzanine bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and a private terrace—perfect for enjoying the views and tranquility—also equipped with air conditioning.

The outdoor areas invite you to enjoy life al fresco, with several terraces, a spacious porch, a barbecue area, and a pleasant chill-out space. The private fenced swimming pool (chlorinated, 7.5 x 3.5 m, depth 1.2 to 1.6 m) makes it an ideal choice for families with children. Private parking for up to 3 cars is available.

The house is equipped with WiFi and air conditioning in the mezzanine master bedroom and the ground-floor double bedroom.

Just a 15–20 minutes drive away, you will find some of the best beaches in northern Mallorca, such as Playa de Muro, Can Picafort, and Son Serra de Marina, known for their crystal-clear waters and fine sand.

The charming village of Petra is just a couple of minutes away and offers traditional restaurants, local shops, banks, and all essential services. Petra is also known as the birthplace of Junípero Serra and features a lovely historic center with stone houses, peaceful squares, and authentic Mallorcan life.

The surrounding area is perfect for hiking, cycling, or horseback riding, with numerous rural paths crossing fields, vineyards, and hills. Thanks to its central location on the island, it is also ideal for exploring other charming nearby villages such as Ariany, Sineu, or Manacor.
