Son Mieres by Rentallorca

"Son Mieres" is an exclusive villa with a maximum capacity for 12 people located in Petra, less than twenty km from the beach.

Upon entering the house, you will find a spacious and modern dining room, a large table in the centre with a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. A wood-burning cooker for the cold winters. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday.

From the living room space, you can access the two bedrooms on the ground floor of the property. You will also find two fully equipped bathrooms. As you go up the light wooden stairs you will find two more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms each.

Outside, there is a large garden with lawn and a variety of trees. There is also a private swimming pool measuring 9 x 4.5m. Perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. For the little ones we have thought that a playground and a volleyball court will please them.

The property is located on the outskirts of the village of Petra. In the village you will find all the necessary services to make your stay the best you have ever spent in Mallorca. The location in the heart of the island makes it even more special.



IMPORTANT:

- Reservations are not accepted for groups of young people under 35 years of age.

- Electricity not included.

The electricity in this house will be charged separately according to the actual consumption and the meter reading on check out. The electricity usage will be deducted from the deposit (0,30 Euro / kWh).

The deposit is: 300 Euro (refundable).

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
