The Vacation Home Cas Solleric is located in the town of Petra on the Spanish island Mallorca. With a splendid outdoor area, this place is ideal for a holiday away from home.
The holiday home is 200 m² in size and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a fireplace, a satellite television, a cot, and a highchair.
The private outdoor area is ideal for spending your days relaxing. There is a balcony with a nice view of the surrounding area and the garden. The partially covered terrace has a grill and garden furniture to enjoy a home cooked meal. Feel free to cool off in the pool or with an outdoor shower.
Should you feel the need to leave this little paradise, there are plenty of restaurants, cafés and bars just a stone's throw away from the home (100 m). A supermarket is just a little farther (130 m). The beach Cala Petita is a 15 minute drive away (24 km).
The Palma de Mallorca airport is just 40 minutes away by car (48 km).
Street parking is available. Pets are allowed.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The property has a private garage for a small car and there is space for bicycles and 2 free bicycles for guests.
