It was a fabulous low cost hotel. The room was spacious. The shower was excellent The staff was terrific. The bed very comfortable.

Hotel muito mal cuidado com a pintura mal feita, reboco caindo, azulejos que parecem barracos de favela. Além disso, o hotel anuncia que tem restaurante e serviço de quarto - o que é uma MENTIRA!!! Pelo mesmo preço, existem opções muito melhores na cidade. O dono fica circulando de camiseta e chinelo pela propriedade sem nenhum postura de profissional do setor hoteleiro. Nenhum funcionário usa uniforme - seguindo o exemplo do dono. Jamais voltaria nesse hotel e não recomendo a ninguém.

Pontos a melhorar

Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação com a experiência que tive durante minha hospedagem em seu hotel. Infelizmente, diversos aspectos comprometeram significativamente o conforto e a qualidade da estadia. O café da manhã apresentou grande desorganização: um ambiente confuso, dificultando uma refeição tranquila logo no início do dia. Outro ponto extremamente negativo foi a ausência de controle quanto à lei do silêncio. Durante a madrugada, era comum ouvir barulhos vindos de outros hóspedes, como conversas em alto volume e movimentações nos corredores. Além disso, o barulho de pets latindo durante o horário de descanso agravou ainda mais a situação, tornando impossível ter uma noite de sono tranquila. Para completar, havia um cheiro muito forte de esgoto vindo do banheiro, o que causou bastante desconforto e deixou o ambiente impróprio para relaxar. Espero que esses pontos sejam levados em consideração para melhorias urgentes, pois comprometeram a experiência de forma significativa.
