I was in town in support of my daughter who was facing a life saving surgical procedure. While the hotel prices were good and the location to the hospital was great, I found the rooms small, the lobby was dirty, along with the elevators. The photos on the website look nothing like the actual place.

Absolute worst hotel you could ever book with. I was met with the rudest most incompetent staff, that denied my check in, asked for a physical card and didn’t wanna use his table machine or swipe my card with a ship was slightly damaged, that would require you to try the ship 2 times before you can swipe. On top of the staff had the worst attitude, like he was ready to fight me. And to top it off, we I asked for my refund through Expedia, the hotel lied and said I used the reservation. I never made reviews on hotels before but this just had to be done. Don’t waste you time at this D***P. Thank me later, better hotel right across the street

My son travelled from the UK to Philadelphia. He was refused check-in. It says you have to be 21 to book. I booked the hotel. He was turned away. I booked the hotel to ensure he was in a safe space. The hotel turned him out on the streets. They did not contact me or offer a refund. Very Poor and no service has been provided.

I felt uncomfortable and unsafe! The room was dinghy, dark, the door locks looks like they had been broken & repaired with a cheap store bought chain. Outside the window was a landing somewhat of walkway. Just scary!

By far one of the worst experiences ever. We arrived like after 9pm the doors were locked. I buzzed and the person at the desk spoke thru the intercome asked my name for the reservation. I told him and he buzzed me in after 5mins. And didn’t even get my name. The room smelled like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes the door and the walls were dirty. The carpet was sticky and stained the bathroom floor was also sticky. My stay was Thursday thru Saturday we left early Friday was gone the whole day. The room was not cleaned trash i left was still there beds untouched. Yet Saturday morning they came to try to clean knowing we were leaving. I reported to the man at the desk how dirty the room was and the smoking odor he offered to switch rooms the next day but the next day he wasn’t there. Saturday morning at 8am there was loud banging and drilling on my floor. It entirely disturbed me and i couldn’t sleep. My stay was terrible one of the worst experiences ever. I would never stay there again and probably just never stay at a best western entirely. The hotel wasn’t cheap but i wasn’t expensive. There’s no reason it was so dirty and unkempt. The hotels design is nice and even the lobby tables were dirty. The free breakfast was what you would expect not spectacular not terrible. I was looking forward to coffee and it was cold. Staff at the breakfast was very nice however. I wouldnt recommend staying away from this hotel unless filth noise and poor customer service is your thing.

Best Western Plus Philadelphia was a great location—easy walking distance to many things. The staff was friendly and the room was immaculate. I highly recommend this location.

Property is not like in the pictures. Smaller than what it looks like. Staff wasn’t helpful. Checked out a day earlier and went to a different hotel couldn’t stay in a place like this. They have no noise policy after 10Pm called the front desk to complain about loud noises coming from the room next to us big crowd and nothing was done couldn’t sleep till like 4A.M wouldn’t recommend to stay here.
