The staff was great, very friendly! The lighting in the room was poor. Only 3 lamps all of the same size that were harsh to look at but didn't cast light very far. Nothing dimmable. The shower was a little slimy. Bed was very comfy, sound was pretty quiet even when doors closed nearby. Far walk from the elevator, probably about 100 steps. They did give me a late checkout (: Overall the quality was excellent aside from the few things I mentioned, no other complaints at all!

The staff was awful and condescending. They treated me like I was too poor to stay in this hotel. After a 14 hour road trip I just wanted to have a good restful night. The listing was deceptive and when I asked for my proper accommodations that I paid for I was talked down to. I asked for a manager and was told she was off. So I made a scene and the manager magically appeared. She was a true example of why her staff acted the way that they did. She was uncouth. Only the bartender and one of the ladies at the front desk was pleasant. Everyone else should have been fired you can’t retrain that type of behavior. I have worked in management for years and would never tolerate that behavior. I would never recommend this to hotel to anyone.

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade — a great start! The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. We stayed for three nights. On the second day, we called for towels and washcloths and were told that housekeeping only replaces them every other day. They said they would bring some up, but they never did. On our last night, we had to call to have our soap replenished, which was handled promptly. However, our beds weren’t made during the stay, and the trash was never removed. During happy hour, we later realized that we were charged regular prices for the exact drinks listed on the happy hour menu. Overall, the hotel was a pleasant stay, but we could have used a bit more attention and care in our room throughout our visit

The hotel was very close to all tourist attractions. It was a 10 min walk to Rocky steps and the museums. There is no free parking but they do offer valet parking at $70. I ended up using a different parking lot around the corner and ended up parking for only $49 for 24 hours. The room and bathroom was very clean. The atrium was beautiful with all the brick. It was a safe location. You might see a homeless person here or there nearby the hotel but they keep to themselves.
