The room was ‘way too hot with no way to cool it down. The tub did not drain. The carpet in the room is stained. The dining room was pitch black (I couldn’t even read a menu) and breakfast was terrible and took 45 minutes.

When I arrived my key wasn’t working to get into the room and I had to go back to the front desk 3 times. For the inconvenience they supplied access to their pantry for the night which was very nice and accommodating. The staff was very helpful, my room was very clean and warm. I would definitely recommend the Delta Hotel to anyone staying in the Philly area.

Heat in my room stuck on so room was extremely hot. Bathroom toilet was dirty. Guests fighting at night and hotel refused to address it even though it went on until 4am. Front desk quit answering my calls to address it. Manager refuses to return my call. Multiple stays here and all about the same. AVOID!

I've stayed here before and did enjoy my stay for an overnight visit. The food at the restaurant is good for a quick bite. There was an issue with with the tub and sink, I mentioned it to the front desk and the concierge when I called in. They were able to compensate me for the trouble. When I stayed here before I had 0 issues. I will go back as it is convenient location wise and all the staff are very friendly. This was the only time I've ever had an issue hence the 4 stars and not 5.

Good stay!

Really enjoyed our short stay. Everything was wonderful & clean. The only issue was that the room temperature was near 80 all night, even with the room temp set to 62. Otherwise no complaints at all! Would return again.
