I love that the hotel had a shuttle running 24 seven for their guests. However, hotel was supposed to be renovated, but the rooms are definitely not renovated, towels are old walls, wallpaper. Everything is old in the room. The entire hotel should have been renovated not just the lobby.

Their housekeeping needs some work. My shower had someone else’s razor and hair in it. When I called to have it removed the housekeeping manager came in and showed her staff the razor telling her that it was not mine and didn’t remove the razor.

The room was noisy and hard to sleep. There were large groups of guests sitting and playing in the lobby area which has high ceiling open till 3rd or 4th floor room balcony. The guests were very noisy till/after midnight making it very difficult to sleep since the sound traveled through the open space to the rooms facing the lobby ceiling. I requested the front desk to keep the lobby crowd under control but was not helpful.

We needed a place to stay on a layover. This was clean, comfortable, and offered an efficient free shuttle to the airport. After an exhausting travel day, we were happy to have a nice place to stay at a reasonable cost.

My husband and i had flown to Philly PA to purchase a handicap accessible van and drive it back home. For the first leg of our trip we stayed here hoping to get a good night's sleep before heading home to Columbus OH. I was unable to sleep any at all! The room was way too hot and no matter how low we put the thermostat it never got any cooler. Nothing we did made it better and in fact it felt like it got warmer at one point. We will never stay here again.
