Room was not cleaned even though I asked the night I checked in and it the morning. I was charged for parking. There was not a sign, the ground had green paint on it which meant paid parking. Not able to see the paint at night.

The hotel overall was about average. The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary cookie was a nice touch. I like that the hotel had all of the amenities that you look for such as: gym, pool, bar, and restaurant. My recommendations would be to update the rooms. The furniture and carpet needs to be replaced (they were a little beat up). The bathrooms could be updated as well. It also looked a little worn out. I also think a little more attention to cleanliness would help the appearance of the rooms. I could still see smudges on the furniture/tables like they weren’t wiped down well. The same went for the gym. So overall, the price is a little high for the quality.

The water doesn’t get hot for showers or in the bathroom sink, the AC only works in the bathroom but does not work in the rest of the room, so in the living room where the sofa bed was that area was hot.

Nice hotel, very nice staff. The bed was creaky and uncomfortable. The bathroom layout is strange. Toilet is very close to the wall. The shower door/glass is odd. You have to be in the shower to turn it on, so you get hit with the first cold blast of water.
