Room was nice and clean

It was nice and clean. We had everything we needed no problems. There was construction going on on the first floor, but it didn’t really bother us. Great breakfast can’t really complain.

Unfortunate timing

Our room was newly renovated and therefore beautiful, but the hotel was under construction at the time and so both the pool and the hot breakfast were a no-go. Two of the main draws for picking this very hotel! So the kids were disappointed and so were we. It’s a shame when some of the amenities you’re paying for are not available when you arrive. Is not like you get a discount for the pool being closed or the advertised hot breakfast changed to continental…

Terrible Experience!

This hotel was under serious construction with furinture scatted all over the parking lot, the recpetion was uninformative and unhelpful, most the rooms were taken up by the construction workers, the pool was closed, our ac was seriously leaking and when reported we were told theyd put a ticket in and that was it, there was a make shift railing made up of tiny pieces of wood and caution tape, sheets and plastic hung up everywhere. We got to the hotel late at night due to traveling and being with our dying uncle so we could not leave that night and sucked it up but checked out promptly the next morning. We spent most of our weekend trying to get the third party booking site to reach the hotel for a refund for our second night but nobody at the hotel wanted to be bothered with answering calls or repsonding to emails. This was a horrific experience at one of the worst possible times. You cannot not give someone the right to a refund if your hotel is under serious construction and they dont feel safe there.

Under construction 😞

We came in for a horse show with our equestrian team. We booked so the kids could swim and have a nice breakfast orior to their early morning shows. Unfortunately, the pool was not open and the kitchen and dining area were under construction. I wish this was mentioned prior to booking. We would have stayed elsewhere with the amenities we wanted for the same price.

We were a little disappointed that expedia didnt post that this hotel was under renovations. We found out when we arrived for check in. The pool was out of order and ther hot buffet was more of a continental breakfast due to the renos. We were luck to have been checked into a fully renovated unit on the top floor. The new colours and design will sure make this hotel look much better in the ling run. We did encounter them changing the door lock systems on all the rooms which didnt take long anc we had new cards right away. They staff was friendly. We didnt see them much as we were very busy with our tournament we were visiting for. We also were lucky that the floor tbwy were working on for renos was below us, so we didnt notice the oise as much just the construction dirt/garbage in the elevator. If renos werent happening during our stay we would have rated higher. Otheewise for them time we spent there it was an overall good experience.
