I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. I was quite disappointed to find out about an unexpected $200 security deposit, as it was not mentioned when I booked and paid for the room. Additionally, the ice machine was not working, and the young lady who checked me in did not provide breakfast vouchers. On top of that, I was surprised by the $25 daily parking fee, which I also wasn’t made aware of beforehand. This was an unplanned trip, and these unexpected charges made the experience less satisfactory than I had hoped. I would appreciate it if you could review these concerns and clarify your policies to ensure better communication for future guests. Thank you for your time and understanding.

The cookies were a surprise & they were delicious. The staff members were super super helpful with anything and everything we asked of them. The woman working breakfast especially! The bed & pillows were very comfortable, which usually isn't the case in most hotels. There was a pool, sports bar down stairs & a cafe. We will most definitely stay here again when we have a flight.
