Expected more from Hilton. The rooms were worn; wallpaper peeling, rusty hinges, loose shower head. Shuttle was inconvenient; left twice an hour. Breakfast food was average quality except scrambled eggs were obviously liquid eggs as they were terrible. Restaurant staff was very nice.

This hotel was not clean. It is run-down under staffed and not efficient. My reservation was given to someone else and I was given a total different room. The room I was in was dirty, rusty, falling apart and musty. The remote to the T.V was sticky and dirty. The coffee station had spilled sugar under the stack that's to the right of the coffee maker. The shuttle was late picking up at the terminal which is fine, but me calling in asking for the next shuttle time, I was told every 30 min. I wited an hour plus the 15 min I was there early, having called to check the next shuttle, and being told every 30 min. Not helpful especially being so close to the Air port; I mean it's in the name of the Hotel.

Super super dusty air vent( this is actually a fire hazard plus ther are air duct cleaners, you should invest)
