They had mold growing in the bathroom. Outdated hotel. They didnt have usb charging ports. Old outdated carpeting. Room had a musty smell, I assume from the moldy bathroom. Overall would not recommend this hotel. Parking at the hotel you already pay to book was an additional $25 a day which wasnt listed on Expedia. I book with double tree expecting resonable standards and this absolutely didnt meet them. Staff was kind, courteous & helpful.

Charnell was awesome and very helpful as we were there way before check in so she allowed us store our bags in a safe area. Super friendly. Upon check in Jordyn was very nice and helpful as well. Very nice team

i had no issues with the staff but the hotel itself is a little run down. I thought since i booked at a hilton it would be very nice. No exhaust fan in bathroom-a/c options were dated and didn’t work well, no fridge in the room.very dated.Hilton should be taking better care of the property inside.

Limited access to food.

Not having a car made it difficult due to limited access to food because the only restaurant was a sports bar that didn’t open till 4 p.m. I wish there had been some kind of information book in the room with suggestions on restaurants in the area that deliver but nothing in any of the drawers I would expect to find in a nice hotel, not a phone book, scratch paper, pen, Bible, nothing. I tried taking the shuttle to the airport so I could buy breakfast/lunch but nothing is accessible (not even a coffee stand) unless you go through security first and without a boarding pass, you can’t go through security. I’m a senior citizen so not comfortable venturing out on my own via taxi and even if I was, wouldn’t know where to go. Other than feeling stranded with nothing to eat for most of the day, I enjoyed my stay.
