Had to fix the tub ourselves water wouldn’t drain, bathroom door was SO loud when opening and closing. Picked a room did not get the room we choose. The server in the bar was very rude, could not get refills just made us feel very uncomfortable.

I booked a room at the Doubletree Philadelphia Airport on short notice because my plane trip was canceled by the airline and rebooked the next day. I asked the front desk for a wake up call at 4:30am so I could take my plane. The hotel failed to wake me so I missed my plane. I incurred the loss of the value of that plane trip and had to book another flight at my expense. The hotel wake up call system is a handwritten note on a clipboard that is handed over from one work shift staff to the next. Not mechanized in any way. The hotel apologized but cost me $500 for another plane ticket to Fresno CA.

My stay was good until I came back from church Monday Labor Day and found my room door was left open unlocked. That was not a good feeling I got to go in my room. I did report it to the front desk. Condiments was not refilled to have coffee, the Breakfast staff was very nice, during my stay.
