Upon arrival I approach the desk, there were two staff having a conversation. One of the noticed me and continued her conversation without acknowledging me standing there. I cleared my throat the other staff glanced at me quickly and continued their conversation. It wasn't until i mentioned i wanted to check in i was spoken too. It's not to much to ask to be a good customer service.

I reserved a room with a double bed. When i checked into my room it was a 1 queen size bed. I immediately callec customer front desk and was told that they sold out of those room because they had a large group. Of course i stated that was not my business since i reserved and paid for the room i requested over a week in advance. I received an apology an an offer for a rollout bed that would not fit into the room without blocking free movement. The front desk clamined there was nothing she could do despite my disappointment. They sold the room i paid for and gave me whatever they wanted. I plan to visit the area often but will NOT be staying here again.

The hotel shuttle was not running promptly. We showed up at 1:30am (due to a delayed flight )and found out they oversold the hotel and they could not honor our reservation. The front desk worker made no attempt to accommodate us or help arrange lodging anywhere else. There were other customers in the same situation as us and they were not assisted either. We spent the night in the lobby and had to request they at least provide us a bottle of water. Terrible service.

We stayed in an accessible room. There was a layer of dust on the nightstand between the two beds. The bathroom is in need of an upgrade. The bathroom door was warped and difficult to close. It looked like it had been kicked in. No luggage stand or any place to put your luggage. No refrigerator which is a necessity for storing enteral feeding supplies. We weren't given the breakfast vouchers we paid for upon check-in. The gate to get out of the parking lot wouldn't open to let us out.

The room had half empty shampoo and conditioner, Front desk person had me going back and forth to lounge to get meal voucher stating I didn’t need one, the waitress at the lounge said I needed a voucher I get sick of going back and forth so I left and had breakfast elsewhere.Definitely not what I was expecting!!!
