The hotel was really clean. It is one of the newest hotels and just opened a few years ago. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good. I wish they had a bigger variety, but they had bagels parfait coffee, juices, cereal oatmeal so they had a pretty good selection they also had like Egg bites and waffles. The pool was great. I wish it was clean just a little bit, but it was pretty good. The gym was great. The staff was great room was really clean. They also have bikes for you to rent out if you want it. Since it’s in King of Prussia you have Valley Forge Casino you have the King of Prussia Mall you can now go to the Netflix house you can go to top golf. There’s just so much activities to do around there because you’re in King of Prussia.

Unfortunately the room was very dirty, the floor was full of hair. Restroom was not flushed when we came in. Breakfast is way terrible l asked for a sunny side up egg for my infant and l was given one that was sitting there for hours with black pepper on it and when l asked for a fresh when l was told they can’t make it.

I'm normally a big fan of Element, but their freezer was broken in the room fridge, the blinds were also broken and wouldn't lift up the whole way. And the bathroom wasn't exactly as spotless as it normally is. And finally, we have to pay for parking. That is a huge downside now because there is no other parking anywhere close by. Not pleased with that at all. But, the staff went out of their way to help with all of it, including giving us free ice cream because our ice cream melted in the freezer. Also, I ordered pickup, and it went to the Sheraton instead of Element, apparently that happens a lot. Would be great if they could fix that somehow? And the parking, that will probably change my decision on where to stay next time. FYI.
