I paid for valet parking and after checking out, the valet could not find my car keys that I just handed directly to them a few hours prior. While searching for my keys for about 10 minutes, he continuously asked me what they looked like before I decided to search for them myself. I followed the location of the AirTag on my keys to a nearby parking lot where my car doors were unlocked and my keys were laying on the passenger seat out in the open. Anyone could have walked by and potentially stolen my vehicle. When I told the receptionist about this, he told me I would be receiving a refund for parking in about three business days; however, after four business days, I called the hotel staff who said there was no refund processing or incident report filed. I may not receive my refund at all due to staff negligence. This is completely unprofessional and I will never support this establishment again.

Clean room, staff was friendly especially the cooks. Amenities were good and overall they tended to our needs including allowing us to check in early. The walk to the hotel felt a little unsafe/crowded, but overall okay.

My room was clean and as expected based on the pictures online. Front desk personnel, although I never spend much time with they, are very pleasant. The gym is spacious and for those of us who just can't miss a day of exercise. It has the equipment that an average person would find beneficial while away from home. It is also well lit and ventilated. Hotel is a 5-minute walk from Redding Market, across the street from the convention center and very close to many restaurants.
