Absolutely horrible front desk. Four days of NO answering phones!!!! Absent staff!!!! Air conditioning didn't cool AT ALL. We needed the engineer to fix the room safe. Took 2 days!!! Staff clearly did not give a DAMN about guests. This hotel SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED A HILTON!!!

Clean, normal room and hotel. But there was no hot water in the morning - and no notice. (We learned they knew it was planned, but just didn't see fit to tell us guests.) Service was also terse and unhelpful, but that seems to be a Philadelphia constant.

We had a lovely stay. Comfy bed, beautiful view, centrally located, super walkable, and a cute park with hammocks, live music, and a little boardwalk nearby. Perfect spot for visiting historic Philadelphia.

Love the location. Bed seemed small for a king. There was hair from housekeeping in the shower. Room was set to 60 but woke up sweating. It wasn’t cooling properly

For a hilton hotel this place is dated. Staff eas nice and professional. Housekeeping did come to tidy the room or provide fresh towels and washcloth. Taking three elevators to and from parking lot is ridiculous and fee for parking is outrageous. Will not stay here again.
