Great Hotel but room near noisey elevator

Amazing Hotel!! But my husband and I hotel room was located by the elevator that caused so much noise from the elevator and guests conversations morning and night. Great view of our room, but couldn’t sleep much with all of the noise!

The only thing I didn’t appreciate was the cleaning staff tried to enter my room twice late in the day AFTER it had been cleaned. I was in my room SLEEPING after being out and I told her once NO, politely and then again and the last time not so politely. The second time I have no idea why they want to come in after my room has been cleaned??

I can’t rave about our stay here enough. Convenient location, comfy bed (the pull out couch isn’t a luxurious mattress but we weren’t expecting it to be!), great breakfast, but honestly the staff was just the most accommodating, friendly, amazing people. It really did feel very homey and we would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!!

The property was beautiful and clean. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. The amenities and breakfast were great too. I plan on traveling again to Philadelphia for more basketball tournaments this year and I’m definitely going to book my stays here again.

Roomy, clean, decent bed, and strong shower. Convenient location, close to dining and shopping. Breakfast was adequate. Only negative was the front door on the latch side had a rather large gap (1/4") from the ground and up 2 ft.
