Great hotel as you would expect from Loews. The only drawback is that the location on market street has deteriorated a lot. I would not return

It was very easy to check in. I found it a bit difficult to find parking area. Only reason was GPS sent me on 12th and Market. Was told by hotel cleck how to get to parking. Saturday morning it was a little difficult to grab a smoke with the panhandlers in the area looking for money. Got hit up twice. Got to keep security roaming the area. I know its difficult. Hotel staff was very pleasant no matter who i said hello too We'll be back for another adventure. Thank you all.

No pool. No spa. No upgrades. Did not honor my VIP Expedia membership perks. Concierge lady was rude. Not happy or welcoming at all. Check in was smooth. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Bar area is nice. Location is great. Walkable to everything.
