Our stay with pleasant, the room was clean and the beds are comfortable. We only had one towel for two people so had to request one and they gave us three. The only negative was the continental breakfast was very minimal and was not ready for their 6:30 time. There were no condiments out for the bagels and no hot food. The condiments came out later.

This is probably my first negative review on Expedia in the past 20 years. The hotel itself is slightly outdated but still clean, so I am oksy with that. You get what you pay for. However, the service I received was not as pleasant. Mainly for two reasons: 1) We arrived early, about 45 mins earlier than the check in time. I kindly asked if our room was ready and if it was could we please have a early check in. The answer I got "yes your room is ready but you need to pay a $25 fee". I do understand that they have the total rights to do so. BUT, in my past 28 years of traveling (avaerage about four trips a year), not one hotel had ever asked for an early check in fee. Either the room was not ready then I would patiently wait for it to be ready. Or if it was ready, I would let in. Just because you can charge a fee doesn't mean you should. This is a matter of customer experience. 2) after we got into our room, my kids tried to watch TV. It didn't have signal. So I made a call to the front desk. The lady (same lady at the check in) told me to wait on the line. 15 mins later I was still on hold. Finally I decided to hang up and physically went down to the front desk myslef. What did I find out? There was no customer at the front desk to check in or ask questions. Further more, this lady wasn’t even near the front desk. I had to yell "execuse me" several times before she headed out from the back (maybe a back office).

Will unfortunately not be coming back to this hotel. We are traveling out of town and when we got there the process was long checking in but it was alright. Our keys didn’t work so we had to go back downstairs and get them working again. When we entered the room and went into bathroom we noticed hair on the toilet and the toilet paper holder empty which alright fine. Then we noticed a long strand of hair in the shower and small little tiny hairs in the rest of the shower. We were pretty upset and then uncovered the bed and found another long piece of hair that looked like the one in shower. We went downstairs and let them know what happened and they ended up giving us a bigger room which was nice of them. We just wish the room was cleaned correctly first. We saved up money to stay in a hotel for our weekend trip and if we knew that the rooms weren’t cleaned we would have rethought our decision.

Omfg… I don’t even know where to start. PLEASE, PLEASE don’t book this place. I’m honestly embarrassed I even stayed here. Their “complimentary shuttle” pulled up to get me at the airport and I was so embarrassed to get in. It was this dirty white van with a huge dent on the side and no door handle. The driver was actually nice, but the whole vibe had me low-key scared and wondering what I got myself into. Then I get to the hotel the front desk person was extremely nice but lord the room… RUNDOWN isn’t even the word. The remote barely worked it was beat up, the microwave looked like it had lived five lives, and everything just felt… off. This was my first time booking without reading reviews because it was “just for one day,” never will I ever do that again, that was a mistake on me. And to top it all off, I woke up to random charges on my account that I have zero explanation for. So now I get to argue with my bank. Love that for me. Unbelievable.

Overall the place is not modernized. The room wasn’t comfortable. One bed didn’t have a blanket and it took over an hour to get the attention of the very nice but overwhelmed staff. No breakfast because the staff lost the key. Coffee maker in the room didn’t work either. Disappointed to have to pay a parking fee.
