The room was very clean, but quite small (apparently, MOTTO is a 'microhotel'---interesting). But the room had everything needed, except room for much clothing (but I am told there are bigger rooms, if more space is required.) Anyway, our room was fine, as we were only there for a long weekend. The front desk staff was delightful. And there is a wonderful Mexican restaurant (and bar) on the premises, plus a cool coffee shop by the entrance. I would definitely stay here again.
