The staff at reception was fine. The big problem is that you cannot park the car in front of the hotel even for a minute. We had to go around the block, then turned into the garage across the street but couldn't unload all our bags. Had to go back and wait 15 minutes until we got the rest of them out of the car. The description in Expedia should highlight this issue upfront. I only learned about it from an email I got from the hotel after the booking was complete and non-refundable

I didn’t see the free breakfast that was advertised on the website. When I went down to the café, I had to pay for my peppermint tea. The room was nice and clean, but extremely small. There really wasn't anywhere to sit in the room except for the bed. There were also a lot of homeless people outside of the hotel, which made leaving the hotel for food or entertainment a bit uncomfortable and scary, especially in the evenings.

Had a perfect two day stay for the Rocky Run! No issues checking in or out, tons of stores and restaurants, all within walking distance. Room was clean and quiet. I look forward to staying here again next year.
