I'm really not sure why this hotel gets such good reviews on Hotels.com. Rooms are small and a little smelly; the hotel is located on a very grubby block of 19th Street a couple of blocks from Rittenhouse Square and the price is not even a bargain. There are lots of much nicer hotels around the same price point. I feel the reviews are very misleading.

Loved the overall decor, felt like a smart new (ish) hotel, perfect location in a cute/cool neighborhood. The room was laid out well & had everything i needed - mattress & sheets were super comfortable.The staff at the front desk were exceptional- funny, nice, eager to help with any question, just great. Definitely a reason I'd stay again.
