The room was spotless!! Very thankful for the staff who were all helpful and attentive. Rooms were a great size for being a micro hotel & we had everything we needed. Also in a vibrant, safe part of the city with buses and metro stops close-by. Would definitely book here again.

I loved the location, which was close to everything -- shopping, dining, Rittenhouse Square, city hall and Love Park. The staff was great and very accommodating. I loved that they would hold my bags for me after checkout since I had a late flight and I loved that the hotel had a coffee shop and restaurant attached to it. My only complaint was the noise. It was an extremely noisy hotel. The walls are very thin and the people next to me were incredibly loud (but I could also hear small things, like the blinds being shut). My room was facing an alley, where garbage men came to empty dumpsters at 5 am (super loud) and there was some weird humming noise that made me checkout hours early because it was driving me crazy.

Staff was friendly and helped check me in after I arrived early. The room was cozy and I had streaming & youtube access on tv. Best was the location off 19th & Chestnut St. Most places are conveniently within walking distance. Recommended for solo travelers
