Total stay.

We were early for check in and they said it would be a minute. We had 3 kids with us so we unloaded the car and waited (2-1/2hours) while I saw other people checking in, I went and ask 3 times and they replied in a minute. The last clerk I talked to said we are waiting for a walk in showers for you. I said I don’t recall asking for that and if that is the problem we don’t need one. No one said that was the issue. I don’t recall asking for that. If they would have just communicated that in the first place I would not have been so upset. That night we went down to get snacks, we stood there at least 20 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us, 2 clerks were waiting on a couple with problems with check in. Well one could have excused themselves for a minute and just write our stuff down, well we ends up putting the stuff back and going elsewhere. Went down to bar for a drink after a long day, kids went to pool, there was no wine available and the pool was a little cloudy. I always stay at sleep inn and suites and have never encounters this type of service. I can’t tell you how disappointed I was.

The hotel itself is nice and conveniently located near the airport, with the added benefit of a free airport shuttle, which is very helpful. However, the staff could be a bit more attentive and kind — they often seemed too busy to assist guests properly. The laundry facilities were also disappointing, with only one dryer that didn’t work well. Additionally, the breakfast could definitely be improved in both quality and variety. Overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay, especially for airport access, but there’s room for improvement in service and amenities

I stayed overnight and they charged me for two days of parking. It’s ridiculous that they charge for parking period since it’s not in a location where parking is at a premium but charging for two days even though I only stayed one night is ridiculous. Never again will I stay at a Marriott related hotel.

Slightly dated, but clean and fresh smelling room. Loved the layout, including a west elm sofa and separate half bathroom. Oatmeal was a welcome breakfast option, although the fresh fruit was old and inedible. Amenities seemed great, especially considering the price point. Staff was mostly friendly and helpful. Very convenient location near PHL.
