They sent the shuttle for me at like 1am. Super appreciated that. And my room was like a 2 bedroom apartment, haha. Thing was huge. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Awesome desk space. This will be my go-to Philly airport hotel from now on. Great experience.

When we checked in, at 3:30, the clerk at the desk was not communitive. She did not greet visitors. There was a line and people did not know where to stand. When guests went up to her, as they assumed they were next in line, she told guest that they were not next in line. When we checked out in the morning around 11 that clerk was communitive.

Everyone was nice. Very smooth check in. Room was clean and comfortable. We like leaving our car here and taking their shuttle to the airport. Shuttle driver was great.
